The meeting room rental includes a BASIC audio-visual material :

- Per participant : 1 set with paper, pen, mints, refreshing tissue, glass and mineral water on table

- Flipchart, LCD videoprojector, screen, white board, and a free wifi access.

- PA system with 1 wireless micro available 

Coffee breaks: a buffet is installed in the meeting room at your arrival

Welcome coffee  / Coffee Break : from 9.50 € per person

- Morning Business Brunch : 22 € per person from 7.30 am to 10 am

 We also propose you 2 seminar packages ALL INCLUSIVE with "home made" lunch :

• 75 € per person per full day with the Light lunch package
• 85 € per person per full day with the 3 courses menu or full hot/cold Buffet package
